WINE IS OUR PASSION
To produce our wine, we use Georgian traditional, endemic grape varieties: Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Kisi and Saperavi, grown locally. We produce a small amount of premium wine, so the selection of grapes is a priority, only ripest and healthiest grapes are used to produce our high quality wine. For the production of our amber wine, we adhere to the ancient and glorious Kakhetian technology.
RKATSITELI
Dry, amber wine. The vineyards located in Burdiani, Sagarejo district, Kakheti. Fermented and aged in stainless steel barrels. The wine is natural and unfiltered.
Notes of acacia flowers, honeysuckle, jasmine, meadow herbs followed by ripe apricot, quince, vanilla, honey, wax.
MANAVIS MTSVANE
Dry, amber wine. The vineyards located in the Manavi special zone, Sagarejo district, Kakheti. Fermented and aged in stainless steel barrels. The wine is natural, unfiltered.
Notes of rose petals, meadow grasses, acacia, honeysuckle then ripe apricot, peach, fresh churchkhela.
Finish is very long and pronounced. Apricot, ripe persimmon, white pepper, turmeric, honeycomb.
SAPERAVI
Dry, red wine. The vineyards located in Burdiani, Sagarejo district, Kakheti. Fermented and aged in stainless steel barrels. The wine is natural, unfiltered.
Notes of violet, lilac, apple flowers, rose followed by cherry, dogwood, cherry stones, leather.
KISI
Dry, amber wine, produced from Kisi grape variety. The vineyards located in Babaneuri, Akhmeta district, Kakheti. Fermented and aged in stainless steel barrels. The wine is natural, unfiltered.
Notes of meadow grasses, acacia, honeysuckle followed by ripe apricot, quince, dogwood, honey.
CHACHA
Our Chacha represents a very classic Georgian spirit, produced in small bunches. This is in-keeping with estates own traditions and quality of grape. To make our Chacha we use an old-fashioned long-necked copper still. We distil our Chacha twice to obtain absolute purity, then age it in oak barrels for decades to reach intensity and roundness. Keeping every single aspect under control, we are still a craftsman producing traditional spirits with natural care.
Notes of raisin, dried plums, dogwood and vanilla. Chacha has a generous and warm palate undertone, whilst being full of finesse and fruity flavour.
